The mystery of The Soup that defines logic.

Are you a tourist who loves trying exotic food wherever you go?

Imagine you're in Bolivia and would like to try some unusual food from there. You imagine a little bit of everything, but you never imagined what they're going to tell you: "SOUP CARDÁN!" You're very hesitant about whether to try it or not, but intrigue kills you, and you decide to go to the restaurant where they prepare it. You arrive at the restaurant and realize it's bull genitals, which shocks you by the suggestion of trying it, which raises a few questions.

 

What’s cardan soup?

It's a primarily Bolivian food, made from the private parts of the bull. It can be made into soups, empanadas, stews, and fried foods. The texture is usually quite soft and viscous, which leaves a strong impression when you try it.

The dish is mainly accompanied by white onion, eggs, beans, chickpeas, and mote.

  

 

Why is it eaten?

It's quite rich in minerals and is a very good source of protein, which helps our body function. It also contains proteins that aid in human development.

How is it prepared?
