Imagine you´re walking a through Chile and you find a   

restaurant That sell exotic food out of curiosity you decide

 to go in and try It and you´re captivated by dish called

 Ñachi you decided to try It but when they deliver it to you ,

 you realize it has lamb´s

Bloods in it you´re surprised but you still decide to try it



Before trying it you decide to investigate a little about what

It contributes to your body but you are lazy and you think

That if it is blood it contributes and you try it.

Ingredients: blood dressing, salt, lemon, chopped cilantro , 

aji marque.

  • Nance Ñachi is a food of Mapuche origin , but consumed

     in much of the country’s countryside . Nance can be 

    eaten raw in juice, or in desserts. Its high vitamin c 

    content can help reduce blood lead levels when 

    combined with other other nutritional approaches , 

    such as eating foods rich in airon and vitamins c.
